Town Center (Early 1960's)   Area was redesigned in the late 60's replaced by the market and what is now known as Forum 28. Lord Cavendish statue was moved from the square at the time of redesign, to where  is known by all Barroivans as the low road. The statue remained there for many years, now it has proud of place behind the Town Hall. Though many Barroivans  think the statue should of been returned to it's original place.
